How do I set up my email on a Phone or Tablet?

EWU emails support the Outlook application for both Android and Apple devices. You can install this application via the playstore or app store. Below are links to download it:

IOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-outlook/id951937596

Once downloaded, follow these steps to get logged in:

Tap on "Add Account"
Enter your EWU email address when prompted. This should look like username@ewu.edu.
Enter your password and complete the duo prompt.
Tap on "Maybe Later" if you do not plan on adding another account.
Your email should populate. It can take a few minutes to populate all of your emails.
