How do I setup a Signature in outlook?
- Open outlook via the application or by going to https://outlook.office.com/mail. Click the gear icon in the top right of outlook:

- Click "Account" and then "Signatures."

- Click "Add signature" and you'll be prompted to add your signature and name it.

- Check the boxes to set the signature to automatically populate for new messages or replies and forwards. Then click "Save" to save your signature.

- If you ever need to edit your signature you can do so via the edit button.
