Setup Automatic Reply On A Shared Mailbox
As the owner or authorized user of a shared mailbox, you may need to set up automatic replies. This can be done via the online version of Outlook. This article will explain the steps.
Log into outlook via a browser.
Click the icon in the top right and select "Open Another Mailbox"

Enter the shared mailbox address when prompted.

Go to the gear icon in the top right.

Then select "Account" and "Automatic Replies"

After that you'll have the option to set a specific timeline and message for automatic replies.
