Logging in and Using PaperCut on Konica Minolta Copiers (Device Functions)
The Papercut MF User Interface is the first thing a user will see when they approach a printer that has it enabled. Some users still want to be able to access the Device Functions of the printer and this article will explain how to do this.
- Log in to a copier that has Papercut MF enabled. You can tell if it does if this is the initial login screen:
- You can either select Username and Password, where you will be required to enter your EWU username and SSO password or ID number, which only requires your EWU ID.
- Select the Device functions option at the following screen.
- You'll be brought to the standard Konica Minolta interface. Be sure to press the physical Access button after you are finished to log out.
Note: Pressing Scan on this screen will take you to the PaperCut scan to cloud options.
