Once you have chosen a device and are ready to submit a purchase request, please complete the Purchase/Upgrade/Change Cell Phone Request service request. Please be sure to specify if you wish to open a new line with a new device or upgrade an existing device. If you are interested in upgrading an existing line, please use the link above. Specify which device you are interested in and we will respond with a quote for an upgrade. These costs vary significantly based on how far you are into your contract term.
