Installing GlobalProtect VPN on Windows DOWNLOAD CLIENT Visit https://vpn.ewu.edu If not already signed-in, you will be redirected to EWU's Single Sign-On (SSO) After sign-in, download the client appropriate for you computer (Most computers: Windows 64 bit GlobalProtect agent) INSTALLING CLIENT Click on the Downloaded file to start the installation Click Next to continue the installation Click Next again to accept the default installation location, and Next to proceed with the installation GlobalProtect should now be installed and ready to use CONNECTING TO VPN After installing the agent, GlobalProtect should automatically prompt you to connect During your first connection, type "vpn.ewu.edu" into the portal address field Click Connect To connect or disconnect VPN, use the GlobalProtect Globe icon in your system tray (lower right panel) IMPORTANT: only use the tray icon to connect/disconnect (not the Start Menu application)
