To use your EWU email account with your iOS or iPadOS device, we recommend that you download the Outlook from the App Store. Alternatively, access your email through a web browser at https://inside.ewu.edu (mobile devices are supported)
For instructions on configuring the default iOS mail app, check out this article in our knowledge base. Setting up Outlook is the quickest and easiest way to get your email.
To setup Outlook on your iOS device, open the app after installing it from the App Store. It should automatically open to the Add Account screen. Enter your full EWU email address (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org) and tap Add Account.
You will be directed the EWU SSO login page. Login as normal. Faculty and staff with Duo (two factor authentication) will need to approve the login, just like any other login.
After authenticating, you should receive confirmation that your account has been successfully added. Tap Maybe Later.
You should be taken to your inbox. Your EWU email account is now setup.
