Connecting to EWU Guest Wireless

To access the EWU guest wireless network, you will need to connect to the EWUguest SSID and activate the connection.

Follow the directions for your device below to connect.

Faculty, staff, and students of EWU should use the eduroam or EWUSecure networks instead, which do not require registration or activation. Instructions are in our knowledgebase.

Windows 11

1. Open up the "Available networks" window on your device from the bottom right hand corner

2. Click on the "EWUguest" network, and click "Connect".

Once you have done this a new window will pop up showing our terms of service. Be sure to read through the terms before continuing.

3. Once you have read through our Terms of Service, enter you preferred email address at the bottom of the page and click "Accept".

Your access will last for 24 hours. To extend your access, complete this process again.

MacOS

1. Open your device's "Available Networks" menu in the top right hand corner and select "Other Networks"

2. From the list the pops up selec "EWUguest"

A menu will open up showing our Terms of Service. Be sure to read through the terms before continuing.

3. At the very bottom of the page enter your preferred email address and select "Accept".

Your access will last 24 hours. To extend you access, complete this process again.

IOS

1. Open your devices Network settings from within the settings app.

2. Select the "EWUguest" network.

Once you have done this a new window will pop up showing our terms of service. Be sure to read through the terms before continuing.

3. Once you have read through our Terms of Service, enter you preferred email address at the bottom of the page and select "Accept".

Your access will last for 24 hours. To extend your access, complete this process again.

Android

1. Open up your devices network settings within your settings app.

2. Select the "EWUguest" network in order to connect.

A new window will appear with our Terms of Service. Be sure to read through our terms before continuting.

3. At the very bottom of the page enter you preferred email and select "Accept".

Your access will last for 24 hours. To extend your access, complete this process again.
