To request access to ODS or RPT, complete this online form:

Use this form to:

  1. Request access to the Operational Data Store (ODS) or RPT databases for new users or,
  2. Request a change in access to the Operational Data Store for RPT databases for existing users (including departmental transfers).

Your supervisor will need to approve your request along with the respective data custodians.

You can check the status of your request by logging into the Help Desk system at and clicking View My Tickets.
