To have your Student e-mail name changed
First need to contact Records and Registration at (509)359-2321 to submit a name change form. Once you have requested a name change, you will have to ask for an e-mail confirmation when the name change has been processed. The next thing to do would be to contact the EWU IT Help Desk at (509)359-2247 so that a ticket request can be submitted. The process of changing your student e-mail account name will then get started. The information we will need from you is:
- Old name
- New name
- Student ID #
- Old e-mail account address
- Best ways to contact the client
