How can I use mail clients, such as Thunderbird or Mac Mail, with my EWU email account?

To use email clients like Thunderbird or Mac Mail, configure them using the information below:

Incoming Mail Server:

Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port Number: 993
Protocol: IMAP
Encryption Method: SSL

Outgoing Mail Server:

Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port Number: 587
Protocol: SMTP
Encryption Method: TLS

Note: For the user name enter your full email address (e.g. swoop@ewu.edu)
