504 Timeout error when logging into EagleNet Experience
Around 7am PST, users started to report 504 gateway timeout errors when logging into Eastern Systems that require a 2FA authentication.
This issue is related to a global outage that is impacting our 2FA vendor, Duo Mobile. For the most up to date information, visit

EWU IT has made some temporary changes to enable users to login, however there may be some action required on your part.

Open an Incognito or InPrivate Window in your browser
- Navigate to inside.ewu.edu. DO NOT click on the red login button at the upper right.
- Click on the link for EagleNet Experiece
- Enter your full e-mail address when prompted to enter your username and click Next.
- Enter your SSO password.
