How to add your EWU Buss Pass to STA Connect.

STA Connect App

With the STA Connect app you can:

Create a virtual eConnect card using your EWU email
Use your phone as your ticket to ride the bus
View card activity, including ride history

eConnect cards are completely virtual and exist only in your mobile phone. Every card has a unique 20-digit number linked within the STA Connect app account profile associated with your EWU email address.

To set up your connect account:

Search for and download the STA Connect app from the Google Play Store on Android and the App Store on iPhone.

Create your account in the app by utilizing your EWU Email.

Eligibility:

Current EWU Faculty or Staff
Students enrolled in classes
EWU Retiree paid membership

Tap the “+” Symbol to create an eConnect card.

Select “Create eConnect Card from the menu.

Enter a “Nickname” for the eConnect Card. Then, tap “Create Card”.

Select “Partner Agency” from the menu. Then, tap “Link to Partnership” when it appears near the bottom of your screen.

Select “Eastern Washington University” from the list that appears. Then, tap “Link Now” at the bottom of the screen.

Tap “Add Passes” on the next screen that appears.

The “UTAP EWU” pass will appear. Tap “Add Pass”.

Your pass will now be displayed under “Cards” from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
