Generating Class Rosters in Argos

Faculty and staff with reporting access to student data are able to use the revised report in Argos now (Course Roster by CRN). Many faculty and most administrative assistants/program coordinators in Academic Affairs should already have this access.

For anyone who needs access, they'll need to complete this form: Request Reporting Database Access : Eastern Washington University They should be sure to complete the Student Data section at the bottom of the form. Selecting other data types will delay their request as it requires approval from the relevant data custodian(s).

To access Argos, navigate to inside.ewu.edu, click on the link for A-Z services and select Argos.

Select Argos Web Viewer to run your reports within your Web Browser.

A new reporting system, Insights, is coming online in the Spring of 2025 which will allow us to embed this report (and others) directly into EagleNet Experience. That will streamline data access requests and make accessing reports and dashboards much easier.
