Manage e-sign templates with Adobe Sign
To manage existing templates with Adobe Sign navigate to online portal here https://acrobat.adobe.com. Instructions for signing into the portal are available here: Signing into and using Adobe Sign.
Hover your mouse over the E-Sign link at the of the page and select Manage Agreements

Select Templates from the left menu.

Hover over the name of the template you wish to use.

Click Open to view the template for possible use.
A preview of the template will display with an Action menu on the right.

From this menu you will have several options:
Use Template - Enter the e-mail address of the recipient and send the e-sign request.
Edit Template - Make changes to the form fields, such as signature fields, date fields and name fields.
Delete Template - Delete the template from all users.
Download PDF - Download a full copy of the PDF
Download Individual Documents - Download a single document from the packet if there are multiple documents included. If this option is selected, you'll see a list of all documents in the packet. You can then choose which to download.
If you wish to assign the template a new owner (as an example if you're moving positions and you wish to assign the template to someone else) click on See 3 more under the action menu.

Select New Owner

Enter the e-mail address of the new owner.
