Using the Alternative URL with Lockdown Browser

You will need to use the alternative URL to access Canvas from Lockdown Browser. To get to the alternative log in page, complete the following steps:

Open Lockdown Browser. This will take you to the EWU Single Sign On (SSO) page.
Tap on "Need help?
From the search menu, search for 'alternative' and select the solution page titled 'Non-EWU Users - the Alternative URL'.
From that Help page, click the link to the Alternative Login URL: https://canvas.ewu.edu/login/canvas
This will load the alternative log in page. Use your student email address and password to access Canvas and navigate to the appropriate class and exam.
