How do I Unblock or Remove a Sender's Address from my Junk Mail List?

You can remove addresses to your "Blocked senders and domains" list if you have inadvertently added them.

You can view and edit this list by clicking the Email link on https://inside.ewu.edu

click the gear/cog icon on the upper-right to open settings
Type "Block" into the search box and click "Blocked senders and domains"

Remove the appropriate email addresses or domains from your list of blocked senders by clicking on the trash icon next to them.

Click Save to finish.
