How to "Reset" Cisco Jabber
If you are having issues with Cisco Jabber, you can perform a "reset" this may help clear out some odd performance/connectivity issues. Only do this if you truly are having some problems that are not normal.
1.) With Jabber open, "Sign Out" of Jabber by selecting the profile photo on the upper left side and choose "Sign Out".
2.) Choose "Reset Jabber" and then choose "Reset" on the pop up.
3.) The sign in prompt will re-appear. Re-sign in with your credentials.
4.) Accept ALL security pop ups if you get them.
