Checking your machines Compliance may help with application installs not installing or appearing in your applications folder.
Restart your machine if you haven't already.
Once you log in again...
Click on the windows start menu
Type in "Software Center"
Open "Software Center"
Click on "Device Compliance" on the left hand side and then click "Check Compliance" in the right window.
Once that completes, try the install again. If the install still does not work for you, please contact the EWU IT help-desk at x2247 (509.359.2247).
