I receive an error 500 (Something went wrong) when I try to access my email account. How do I fix this issue?
All active student email accounts have migrated from @eagles to @ewu.edu addresses
If you receive an error 500 (Something went wrong) or a message that says "We couldn't find a mailbox for this account. Either they don't have a mailbox don't have a license assigned" when trying to access your EWU email account, your browser is trying to log into your old @eagles address.

If step 2 does not work, try another browser or an InCognito/Private Session. If that works, make sure to clear your entire cache/cookies from your preferred browser and try logging in again.
