Note: Make sure you know the old pin first. If you do not know your voicemail PIN, please contact the Help Desk at 509-359-2247.

  1. From your desk phone, press the Messages button  or dial 4343. From an outside line, call 509-359-4343
  2. If prompted, enter your Connection ID (phone extension) and press #.
  3. Enter your PIN and press #
  4. Press 4 to access your Setup Options.
  5. Then press 3 to access your Personal Settings.
  6. Press 1 to change your password.
  7. Press # if you want to bypass the prompt.
  8. Enter your new password, and then press #.
    Note: Passwords must be between four and fifteen digits.
  9. The prompt should ask you to confirm your password. Follow the confirmation with #.
  10. Your password will be changed after pressing #.
  11. To exit the system press * or hang up.
