Though events are not currently being held on campus physically, you can add your virtual event to the EWU Event Calendar. When submitting your event details make sure to mark your event as virtual by following the steps described below


  •  NOTE: EWU has relaxed the approval window for events to only 2 days, however, for proper promotion please submit your event as early as possible in order for it to get approval and be published to the EWU Event Calendar.


Faculty and Staff


EWU Faculty and Staff should submit virtual events using 25Live.


When adding event details, select Virtual Event 25L as the Event Type

Select Virtual Event 25L as the Event Type for a virtual event


Please provide all pertinent details on how to attend the virtual event in the Event Description . If you are using Zoom, provide the URL to join the meeting at the scheduled time and ensure you've used proper zoom security settings for public events.


After approval, your event will show up in the EWU Event Calendar.


Student Organizations


EWU students should use EagleSync (OrgSync) to create events. 


When providing location information, enter VIRTUAL MEETING SPACE to queue the event for approval. Your event will be published on the EWU Event Calendar after approval.
