Creating a Gravity Form

Editing a Gravity Form is just as easy as creating one. Once you're editing it, you'll be in the same familiar area as when you were originally creating it.

Return to the Gravity Forms section on your Dashboard and do the following:

Find your Practice Contact Form, then click the Edit link.

Now that we're back in the contact form editor, we will do the following:

Under Advanced Fields, add a CAPTCHA to the form.

This CAPTCHA will serve to ensure the only people submitting are humans.

To further understand editing a form, let's make the following fields required.

Click on the Name field, and under settings check Required.
Click on the Email field, and under settings check Required, optionally enable Email Confirmation.
Click on the Message field, and under settings check Required.
Finally, click the Save Form button.
