Adding a Gravity Form to a Page or Post

Once you have created a form, you can add it to any page or post on your site. To do so, follow these instructions:

While logged in to WordPress, go to the dashboard of your site. In the sidebar, select Pages or Posts. Then select the page or post you want to edit or create a new page or post. On the Edit Page or Edit Post page, there is a Text Editor. Within the Text Editor, you can type /form to search for the form block or in the top right you can open the block inserter and look for the form block.
When you add the form block, you will see a drop-down. From the drop-down, select the name of the form you want to add. Then in the right hand block settings panel, choose whether or not to display the form's title and description. You can also click on Advanced Options to expand the menu if you want to configure them.
