Wepa: Print Credit / Wepa Account and EagleFlex
WEPA printing is a Cloud based print service available for students and guests on campus. WEPA prints are paid by the print job and there are two methods paying for print jobs: Print Credits and Eagle Flex. This article will explain the differences, how to check your balances and what the User Interface looks like at a WEPA printing station.
Print Credits are applied to each student who pays the TechFee at the beginning of each Quarter or Semester. The credit for Quarter students are $9.00 / Quarter and the credit for Semester students are $13.50 / Semester. Be aware that the balance does not carry over from quarter to quarter or semester to semester. If you'd like to remotely check on your Print Credit balance, check the WEPA portal at http://wepanow.com and set Eastern Washington University as your school. After logging in with your SSO information, you'll be able to see your current balance.
Eagle Flex is a prepaid, declining-balance account linked to the Eastern Washington University (EWU) EagleCard, functioning like a debit card for students. It can be used for various kinds of purchases on campus, including printing at WEPA print stations. To learn more about EagleFlex, go to https://inside.ewu.edu/eaglecard/flex
When you approach a WEPA Print Station and scan your Eagle Card, this is what you will see:

-
EagleCard balance (top right).
-
Wepa balance (Print Credit) (top right).
-
WEPA Help and Support (bottom right). If you need assistance beyond what EWU IT can deliver, this is the appropriate contact information to use.
-
Kiosk PROD# (bottom left) - If you contact WEPA support, they may ask for this PROD number.
