Follow these steps to enable the full functionality of the Microsoft Office mobile apps
(Please note that the screenshots in this FAQ are based on the iPad, the screens presented should be the approximately same on iPhone and Android based devices.)
Open Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint on your device. From the "home" screen of the app, select the Sign-in at the top.
Enter your EWU email address. For Faculty & Staff it should end in @ewu.edu. For Students it should end in @eagles.ewu.edu. Depending on the type of account :
Faculty & Staff
Select the Work Account type.
You will be taken to the Single-Sign On (SSO) page to login.
You will be asked to confirm your email address and enter your EMAIL password.
Once your login information has been verified ALL of the Microsoft Office apps will be properly licensed and activated.
