This issue often arises when a user uses the extract data function quite often.
- Close all web browsers, go into the control panel and launch the java application.
- On the General Tab, in the Temporary Internet Files area
- Select the Setting button and click on Delete Files button
- Make sure all items are selected and click ok (on all subsequent screens as well).
When Banner is launched the first time after that it will take a bit longer than normal to launch as it refreshes the Java Cache from banner. The export data function will work again.
