This issue often arises when a user uses the extract data function quite often.

  • Close all web browsers, go into the control panel and launch the java application.
  • On the General Tab, in the Temporary Internet Files area
  • Select the Setting button and click on Delete Files button
  • Make sure all items are selected and click ok (on all subsequent screens as well).

When Banner is launched the first time after that it will take a bit longer than normal to launch as it refreshes the Java Cache from banner. The export data function will work again.
