Your student email password and NetID/SSO password are now unified. Your NetID password is your email password.
If you do not know your SSO/NetID password, follow the steps below:
- Go to https://account.ewu.edu
- Select Forgot Password
- Enter your NetID. Your NetID is the first part of your email address before the @ symbol. If you do not know your NetID, please contact the Help Desk at 509-359-2247 and we can provide the NetID after verifying your identity.
- Answer any verification questions that are presented, or follow the SMS validation steps or use your secondary email.
- Set the password.
