Your student email password and NetID/SSO password are now unified. Your NetID password is your email password.


If you do not know your SSO/NetID password, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://account.ewu.edu
  2. Select Forgot Password
  3. Enter your NetID. Your NetID is the first part of your email address before the @ symbol. If you do not know your NetID, please contact the Help Desk at 509-359-2247 and we can provide the NetID after verifying your identity.
  4. Answer any verification questions that are presented, or follow the SMS validation steps or use your secondary email.
  5. Set the password.
